The pedagogical framework is intentionally structured to address educational barriers exacerbated by Haiti’s ongoing crisis. To mitigate economic hardship and overcrowded classrooms that disadvantage struggling students, targeted scholarships are awarded to families meeting specific criteria, and class sizes are strictly limited. This strategy enables educators to deliver focused, individualized instruction and accelerate learning, ensuring that vulnerable children receive the intensive support necessary for academic success.
In addition, classrooms in Haiti are frequently overcrowded, and children who are struggling or developmentally delayed often do not receive sufficient support. To counteract this, we enforce a strict class size limit of 20 students per instructor. By eliminating financial obstacles and maintaining small class sizes, our educators can provide intensive, individualized instruction and foster accelerated learning. This approach ensures that vulnerable children are not neglected within the educational system.

This program goes beyond traditional academics by offering hands-on vocational training in sustainable baking and culinary arts. It gives students marketable skills that lead to immediate self-sufficiency. Instead of a broad free-tuition policy, the curriculum includes tuition scholarships for families who meet specific criteria. The program teaches foundational values, building mutual respect and personal responsibility. Graduates are prepared to become self-reliant leaders who strengthen their communities.
École Internationale Mixte GioReg ensures that qualified students entering the program receive a comprehensive primary or secondary education, paired with the essential resources needed for academic achievement. To remove barriers to learning, the program supplies qualifying students with uniform shirts, necessary school materials, and daily breakfast and lunch. Rather than providing blanket free access, these vital material and nutritional resources are paired with rigorous instruction to create a structured, accessible pathway that facilitates successful student transitions to higher education.
